We use your email address exclusively to send you educational content about real estate crowdlending in Ecuador. We do not share, sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

We process your data based on the express consent you grant when submitting the form, in compliance with the Organic Personal Data Protection Act of Ecuador (Official Register Supplement 459 of May 26, 2021) and its regulation in force in 2026.
5. Retention
We keep your email address while you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every newsletter.
6. Your rights
You can exercise ARCO+ rights (access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability and deletion) by writing to privacidad@ecadron.com. You will receive a response within a maximum of 15 business days.
